Endotypes

By studying hundreds of markers across thousands of patients with food allergies, each endotype (or subtype) of food found, helps us understand how much food allergen triggers each endotype anaphylaxis.

Machine Learning Model

Vector Analytics generates an endotype and populates the "Allergy Snapshot." The snapshot is generated using millions of data points from the patient's own biomarkers and is unique to every patient. The snapshot becomes our benchmark system for treatment.

This chart drives your patient-specific plan, which is based on your unique immune system. The goal is to move anaphylactic foods towards the Tolerant column with treatment using accurate data and technology.

Allergy phenotype classification and food categorization (i.e. "allergic." "sensitized." or "tolerant")
If a food falls into the sensitized column, your child has higher chance of a Grade 2 allergic reaction when consuming larger portions
Our goals is to move foods to Tolerant, which means you can consume large, infrequent amounts of a particular food without reaction
If a food falls into the anaphylactic column, your child has a 95% chance of suffering a Grade 3 reaction.
Columns are represented as percentages, therefore some foods fall between columns. For example, you may be 20% sensitized, and 80% tolerant to seeds.
